TRADE LICENSE


Trade License is the First Basic License to operate a business in West Bengal. Every Business organization needs to obtain Trade License at the start of business. The license needs to renew every financial year. Corporations, Municipalities, Gram Panchyats are providing the Trade License.

  •   MoA, Form-1, Form-32, 18 (if Limited or Pvt. Ltd.)

  •   Director List (if Limited or Pvt. Ltd.)

  •   Board Resolution ( if outsider of WB & authorization person )

  •   Letter Head

  •   Rubber Stamp

RENEWAL OF TRADE LICENSE


  •   Last year tax paid receipts
